Original Parts
All parts that mention “Original” are imported from Japan, Come from Komori Corporation or the original Japanese manufacturers, which are definitely the best use in quality and are far better than the low quality parts out of the mass domestic production.
Replacement
All parts that mention “Replacement” are excellent replacement parts that have passed the actual test and certification of our engineering and technical team and their quality is almost equal to the original parts imported from Japan. Most of our replacement parts are from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas factories of Japan. Some replacements are customized according to our design by manufacturers specified by us. In terms of economic value, they are excellent replacement parts, and they will affect neither the safety of the machine nor the quality of printed objects due to their quality.
Our Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all customers prioritize the use of Japanese original parts, and then use the replacement parts after considering the other factors.
